Hot Cakes Display #3 features thirty-three gorgeous Hot Cake colors and XD Wax Medium. It is the rack we suggest to retailers if they are doing well with the first two racks and want to keep adding to their Hot Cake inventory. It is an extension off of the second rack in terms of it includes additional color choices but also includes the very popular, XD Wax Medium in a 1.5 fl oz Hot Cake tin. Our XD Wax Medium differs from our original Wax Medium because it features extra damar. Like Wax Medium, the XD can be used as a base coat, wax paint extender for glazing, and especially useful as a topcoat. It however, is slightly more yellow and becomes more clear and level with the use of a heatgun. See the comparison page for more details.
With the third Hot Cakes display adding on to your first two racks, your customers will have plenty of encaustic supplies and colors at their fingertips. All three displays will sit nicely side by side and are ideal to have if you find your encaustic fanbase is growing quickly.
